This is a newer project I have began working on with a close friend, helping her craft the branding for a unique book club. During a summer in New York, she attended laid-back book club meetups in various bars. Inspired by her experiences, she's bringing the concept to Dallas and Austin with her own club, named Readers Collective.
The idea is simple yet refreshing: bring your own book, grab a drink, and read silently among others for about 30 minutes. Then, engage with reading cards, socialize, and share about the books you're reading. It's perfect for those with semi-anxiety, offering a low-pressure social environment.
For this project, I've designed the logo and am cultivating the online brand presence. We're also planning future events, including t-shirt giveaways with a $10 gift card to the hosting bar and another to a local bookstore. Stay tuned for more updates as we bring Readers Collective to life in Dallas!
